PAYMENT TERMS
1.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the payment should be settled in 7 calendar days upon receiving the signed quotation as confirmation of service from Client, else Winnie Wong Photography reserves the right to void the contract.
2.
The remaining balance should be settled immediately upon completion of service.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.
Images in JPEG will be saved in DVD. Photos will be filtered and selected by Photographer.
2.
All deliverable images as per contract will have standard image editing includes colour correction, brightness, contrast, cropping even extensive editing like removal of blemishes, obstructions and dirt. Any extra edits requested by the client will cost the client HK$200 per image if accepted by the Photographer. extra image adjustments include (change the size of the body or parts of the body, replace parts of the body from another image, change the colour of parts of the body, extra skin retouch, replace or swap background). It is also understood that unless hair and makeup is included in the contract, Photographer is not responsible to fix hair or skin, or makeup problems. No RAW files or unedited photo will be given out.
3.
Edited photos will be ready around 3 weeks. If you need your photos sooner, a rush fee will be charged subject to availability.
4.
All images, such as photos or video shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer. The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and may use the work for samples, contests, exhibition, advertising and self-promotion.
5.
The Clients is obtaining images for personal use only, and shall not sell said images or authorize any reproductions thereof by parties other than the Photographer. If Clients is obtaining a image for reproduction, Photographer authorizes Client to reproduce the image only as set forth under Special Usage Requirements. In such event, Client shall request that a copyright and credit notice for the Photographer by placed adjacent to the photograph on publication, but shall have no liability if the publication refuses or omits to do so.
6.
When the images published online or social media including Facebook, Instagram and blogs etc., it is required that citation of photographer be made. The Client agrees that they will under no circumstances alter any photographs that are placed in public on the internet. The Client agrees to responsible for any family member or friend who posts out photographs online and agrees that they cannot be cropped (with the exception of the forced cropping for Facebook's, Timeline or Instagram), altered in color, or edited in any way.

It is understood that no other photographer, amateur or professional, shall be allowed to photograph at the venue (wedding, portrait, family photography , etc.) while Winnie Wong Photography is working, and that any breach of this agreement will constitute a reason for non-completion of the job with no liability to the Photographer and loss of initial deposit by the client.

Client accepts that all photographs will be taken and edited at the photographer’s discretion based on the photographer’s experience and artistic view. If the client has special requests shall create a “shot list” of all shots that they require.

In the event that the family/guests are taking photos, Winnie Wong Photography is not responsible for obstructed photos or photos ruined due to separate flashes going off or due to any other behaviour from guests. Winnie Wong Photography is not responsible for obstructed or ruined photos due to activities by other vendors and venue staff.

If Winnie Wong Photography cannot perform this Agreement due to a fire or other casualty, strike, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer’s illness, then Winnie Wong Photography shall return any funds previously paid by the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event the Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, Winnie Wong Photography shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order.
11.
It is clients' responsibility to take care of themselves and the children; Winnie Wong Photography will not accept any responsibility due to any accident to adult or children or damage to public or private properties during the photo shooting or consultation session.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICIES
1.
One reschedule of the booked session is allowed in the condition that Client must contact us via Email at least 7 calendar days in advance to reschedule your session. No reschedule is accepted if the reschedule request is given less that 7 calendar days.
2.
The non-refundable deposit can be credited towards a future session if the Client reschedules the appointment by calling 7 calendar days prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.
3.
If the Client shall cancel this Agreement for any reason before the photo shooting day, the deposit paid by Client would be forfeited as a cancellation fee. Cancellation must be made via Email. For wedding day or event shooting, if the Client requires to change the shooting date, Winnie Wong Photography will try the best to accommodate the change and no fee will be charged as long as the new date is available and within five months of the original event date. If the Photographer not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.
4.
In the event of a typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted or a rainstorm yellow, red or black signal is issued, the shooting will be cancelled. For weather cancellations, you will be notified by us that your session needs to be cancelled. Winnie Wong Photography has the ultimate decision of if the session needs to be reschedule due to weather conditions. If your session is cancelled due to weather, we will send you a list of dates that are available to reschedule your session.
